Lora and Jeff of Holton Creek Homes were friendly, knowledgeable and offered us (we are in our early 60’s, soon to be retired in the Roseburg, Oregon area) an excellent product through Kit Builders West manufactured homes. They helped us to have a good understanding of the product, our options, and the steps involved. Lora & Jeff were always there to assist us with our questions & respond honestly, quickly & effectively to any issues that came up for us, all the way through the post installation process.
