Lora and Jeff Hawk – and also their son – are very sincere, kind and knowledgeable people. I worked with Lora to find a home in the Phoenix area while I was living in Massachusetts. She always kept appointments and returned my calls promptly (always!) and followed through with everything she said she would do (everything!) She is incredibly knowledgeable about building materials and how homes are built. She has many contacts in the area and can either get work done or can find other people to get it done. She is a wonderful listener and can ferret out key information so that she can zero in on solutions. She dodges no questions. We still have a relationship over two years after she helped us buy our home. She is never too busy to help or to say hello. She welcomed us home to a new part of the country. Wonderful people to do business with and to know!
