Lora and Jeff Hawk – and also their son – are very sincere, kind and knowledgeable people. I worked with Lora to find a home in the Phoenix area while I was living in Massachusetts. She always kept appointments and returned my calls promptly (always!) and followed through with everything she said she would do (everything!) She is incredibly knowledgeable about building materials and how homes are built. She has many contacts in the area and can either get work done or can find other people to get it done. She is a wonderful listener and can ferret out key information so that she can zero in on solutions. She dodges no questions. Lora and Jeff are the best! Lora did an awesome job of walking us through the selection of our home, as well as the selection of all the upgrades and changes to the original floor plan. Jeff was awesome at helping us get our site ready for delivery and helping with after delivery issues. This was our second manufactured home purchase. Our experience with Holton Creek was by far the better experience! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
